Exercise is probably the one habit that almost every human has tried, and sadly most have failed. One big culprit in this is an unrealistic goal. So here’s our advice: make it a game of small wins. Consistency matters more than the intensity of your workout.

What matters the most, is that you enjoy the process. If weightlifting isn’t your jam, feel free to try any of these alternatives:

  • Dance

  • Run or jog

  • Brisk walk

  • Take stairs

The goal is to MOVE YOUR BODY. Just put enough effort so that it becomes an aerobic activity, increasing your heart rate and making you sweat. If you hit this mark in every workout, you are reaping all the benefits we discussed 😊
